Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp
We primarily use it to create emails and automate email campaigns. However, we have also recently started using it for text notifications, and it works well. Intuit Mailchimp is beneficial for triggered email sequences when you need variables that depend on users' behavior, sales, dates, and other multiple factors.

I think that pre-built templates have limited customization, and it can be frustrating at times. However, other functions work well and don't cause a problem if you learn how to work with the platform. All the functions I've mentioned are really helping during the campaigns, enabling me to increase ROI and optimize budgets.
I use Mailchimp AI frequently when I need to generate transactional emails, such as "Thank you for registering...", "We added you to a waitlist...", etc. English is my second language, and it's very handy to have an editor and copywriter directly on the platform, as I work with texts all the time. It helps to save time.
Intuit Mailchimp is designed to grow, but the prices for high tiers are a bit high. I'm not sure if my company will continue using Mailchimp as it grows. However, it may be a particular challenge for nonprofit organizations, which often have limited budgets.
Intuit Mailchimp gives a 360" CRM experience and gives the possibility to manage social media, texts, pushes, emails, and other interactions in one place. It is really handy and offers numerous possibilities for creating complex marketing campaigns within a single platform. Additionally, it is easy to test and improve campaigns, which accelerates the process and enhances the results. Other platforms might be great, but they are not as competitive when it comes to complex campaigns.
