We utilize iSolved for payroll processing and benefits enrollment.

  • I would like to see a more intuitive employee files section.
  • I would like to see more functionality or easier-to-use functionality for creating custom reports.
  • I have found the process for uploading data in bulk to be a bit challenging and typically, input the data by hand.
  • As a client of a company that iSolved bought, I don't feel that I was ever trained on how to use the software but have learned over time through regular usage.
