Overall Satisfaction with IT Glue
We use it to keep track of our customer's computers, servers and networks.
- Organization
- Passwords
- Linking to other items
- Integration with PSA/RMM
- Sometimes it takes a long time to update flexible asset changes
- Quickly finding things could be improved or maybe I just need to learn more.
- Vendor doesn't seem to care much about the small MSPs.
- Hard to get a call back for an upsell. What's up with that?

- Wish I had some better automation
This seemed like a cool product. You run these PowerShell scripts that you run on the client computer that updated in IT portal. It worked good at first but then it would mysteriously double the computer in IT Portal. If I don't catch it, it will triple and grow and grow. Later they offered SyncroMSP integration. This never worked. They email me bragging about this new feature. It doesn't work and they say they are working on it. That just pissed me off.
