Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
I use Iterable for CRM & Lifecycle Marketing initiatives to help aid in Omnichannel communication & further brand equity, sales, and revenue.
Pros
- Drag & Drop functionality in campaign building
- Drag & Drop functionality in journey building
- channel cross-pollination
Cons
- Missing uniform/standard deployment of functionality across all touchpoints
- all features are not available everywhere across the platform
- severely lack from a CDP / data management & clean up stand point
- Positive: revenue
- Negative: agility
- Negative: scale
- Negative: time to market
Moderately helped. Lacking customization options / ability has deeply hindered our speed, efficiency, and agility.
Little to no impact due to strict platform rules & essentially out-of-the box functionality only. Lacking customization to fit business needs.
Not well. Not my choice. Would prefer Salesforce.
