Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
Pros
- Personalized content based on users' approval status.
- Sending auto triggered surveys to understand why users drop off at certain stage.
- AI features including channel optimization and brand affinity to better refine our flows
Cons
- UI can be more straightforward (right now it feels like a product facing platform instead of marketing team facing)
- Better tracking capability and dashboard: chart and graph on journey engagement by day
- Easier preview - show sample data in dropdown where users can choose to generate preview for (instead of copy and paste json)
- Hard to say, I feel Iterable is more on the pricer end. People could get the similar results with more affordable ESP tho....
- But overall Itearble helps us to improve our activation on the company level by at least 5-8%, which is huge.
