We use it heavily to promote safe email practices. We focus heavily on simulated phishing attacks to continuously test and train our staff on how to spot them. The emails cover a wide variety of "products" to test people with commonly used external applications and websites. KnowBe4 is a mandatory piece of our security model.

We've just begun to implement their video training with our staff and the first one was excellent. KnowBe4's content was timely with the current covid/work at home situations and provided immediate value. In addition, they keep improving on their phishing emails to help keep us on our toes and avoid getting caught by real phishing schemes.

I do not work with this aspect of the product.

One of the best features is the tracking of the phishing emails and how many people clicked on them vs reported them vs deleted/ignored them. This helps support why we need to keep doing this testing/training and shows where we need additional training or focus on how we need to move forward with this product.

The compliance training has provided valuable cases to show what to do and what not to do using real examples of different types of phishing attacks. These examples really help train our staff on what to watch for and help reduce the chances of them falling for a real attack. Some of the training is common sense but its present in a way that directly relates to what we see and use everyday in our technology and don't always think about and really reminds to us stop and think before blindly clicking, etc. I feel that this content that we present on a regular schedule to our staff helps maintain our security and keep us safe.

With having everything on one platform its complete one stop shopping so to speak. We have all of our courses. All of our test phishing attempts. We have all of our test results. We have all of ours course results. We have our follow up phishing failure materials. Everything is tracked down to the person. We can tailor it to the individual, groups, etc. This allows it to be targeted as needed or push out extra items if needed. With having everything in one place we can see the entire 365 degree view at once.

Personally I feel its hard to put a price on security and proper training. I do feel we get great value for what we pay as we continuous use this and keep running new training through it on a regular basis. Staff is continuously trained and tested to improve our security posture.

I think KnowBe4's pricing is on par with its competitors but I feel that their product is a more complete offering for the price.

We use Active Directory integration to make our life much easier. It integrates seamlessly and allows us to setup user training. This also means we can easily track who has completed the training that we assign out. I highly recommend their services and enhanced offerings like this to help with training.

We utilize the knowbe4 phishing tests and run random campaigns so not everyone gets the same emails nor does everyone get the same "difficulty" of test. We use this to determine if additional training or corrective actions are necessary to insure that we have as secure of an environment as possible.
