[KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training] is used across the whole organization to educate our users of the current cyber threat and ways to identify phishing emails and the technique used by cybercriminals.
  • The landing page [is] useful when if comes with many languages.
  • Security tips are based on latest [threats].
  • Phishing campaign is user friendly.
  • If all Landing Pages could have many languages.
  • Allow flexibility to [customize the] logo to auto send out Security Tips (Branded).
  • Users are likely to identify phishing emails, thus reducing the resources to secure compromised accounts.
  • Reduced helpdesk tickets on compromised accounts.
The ease of using the solution and higher flexibility compares to other solutions in the market.

Needs improvement on content delivery.
It is sufficient for what we need at the moment.
It is good for organization that has no security team to start with.
We are running in parallel on Ninjio.
It has reasonable pricing for organization to start with security awareness.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training New Features

It helped me to provision and run campaign easily without missing out anyone.
I have the ease of mind users are tested at random time and different phishing emails.
I proposed and it was like by the stakeholders.

Using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

700 - Campaign is setup to test all users in the company and courses are provided to everyone in the company.
2 - No special skills is required once the PIC has the knowledge to setup campaign and understand what needs to be modified, like the contents of the phishing email. Setup of SSO is a one time and easy process.
