Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We are required to take the training course once per year, usually in July. There are many different modules with a lot of good information that is helpful in increasing the users' knowledge of security risks and how to avoid them.
  • Security thread awareness.
  • Helps users to recognize situations what can lead to a security breach.
  • Helps users know what steps to take to minimize security risks.
  • Consolidate some of the modules to make it more efficient.
  • Ensure the architecture is not Java dependent.
  • Update some of the videos, some look dated.
  • Number of security breaches has gone down.
  • Number of calls about suspicious emails has decreased.
  • Users are now using the Phishing button more often.
  • Users are able to recognize security risks more easily.
I have not used any other products of this nature.

We have been able to customize our training to include more training scenarios that fit our specific environment.
We use a GPO and the users' employee number in AD to manage users.

I believe that the training is well suited for any company size and environment. Security threats come in many different forms and can come through some of the most unlikely channels.

KnowBe4 Compliance Plus

The training content is thorough and informative. I enjoy going through the different modules to see if there are any changes from the prior years. I believe that the content has helped the company address many of our security concerns and the phishing tests have caught many that were not in compliance and have shown them how to better address the issue.
I believe that this has had a very positive impact on our security and has helped make it a more efficient tool. We are now able to quickly do what needs to be done to ensure our network stays safe and the end-users are kept up to date on security issues.
I believe that KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is an affordable high-quality product. The product is effective in identifying which users need training and has great training content.
This product has been very helpful and has the potential to save the company a lot of money on possible security issues. The more the users know about what types of threats are out there and how to deal with them, the more secure the network is.
I have not had the opportunity to evaluate any other product of this type.
