All employees take cyber security awareness training during onboarding, and subsequently if they've clicked a link or opened a document in a phishing campaign. Periodically we easily send out short training sessions for a specific topic based on need because of a new attack vector or because a particular type of phishing campaign is more successful than others.

The variety of topics and content publishers provides fresh and varied content for users and provides content from a number of different perspectives. This plays to the fact that different people learn in different ways. There is an overall re-do of the core message every year and a steady release of smaller topics throughout the year.
User management was very easily integrated with our Active Directory. This makes it easy to get the best use out of the information already in Active Directory without having to duplicate that information for yet another platform. It also enables compare and contrast reports between various segments of the organization's population. Young versus old, this division versus another division, executives versus line workers, almost any slice across the data is possible.
The most important metrics are training completed in a timely manner, click rates of users overall, highlighting specific users having a problem identifying the red-flags of a phishing campaign (repeat offenders) so they can receive additional assistance for a better chance of them not clicking on a real phishing attempt.
I'm not sure where awareness training is not appropriate, everyone needs to take a moment before clicking a link or opening a document. KnowBe4 makes it easy to learn and practice these skills. The training modules are very well done and paced nicely. The phishing campaigns come at employees from almost every vector conceivable allowing them to demonstrate how well they paid attention to the training.

Integration with Active Directory makes user management seamless and extremely easy. New hires are automatically enrolled in training by virtue of the fact they have an Active Directory account. SSO makes it easy for users to navigate to various tools without the need for yet another username and password combination to create (or forget).
Results from previous phishing campaigns help dictate the traps a user typically falls for giving them practice in the mode and method most needed to increase their awareness and confidence handling phishing attempts.
KnowBe4 is extremely easy to set up and use. The interface is clean and user-friendly. The reporting is as detailed or as generic as I need it to be. The training modules for the end-users are very well done and easily understandable (I even have some end-users ask for more training to help them explain things to family members).
Yes. PhishER is an integral part of our capability that enables us to get even more our of the product than just training and a phishing campaign. The rapid (nearly instant) turnaround with information of real world phishing attempts makes our team seem spring-loaded to actions, awaiting each employee's use of the button.

I give KnowBe4 a 10 out of 10 because it just works. I set this up six or so years ago and it just runs. No adjustments are needed, but I still try and tweak configurations to make the phishing campaigns even more challenging to detect. This provides managers feedback on how well their employees are at paying attention to detail on additional aspects of their jobs.

It was most important to me that the KnowBe4 interface be easy to use, both from the aspect of setting up and running the training sessions and phishing campaigns, but also from the end-user's point of view. The training has to be easy to navigate for end-users because that is not their primary task, but is important to how effective they are overall as an employee.
The evaluation and selection process went very well. I wouldn't change any aspect of the process as it has resulted in a product easily integrated into our environment for the benefit of all employees, from from CEO to warehouse worker, from finance to marketing, and for every employee type we have. KnowBe4 is easy to use and highly beneficial.

Yes - Absolutely. It is typically a nuance in a browser and rarely a problem with the product being delivered.
We had a problem with too many accounts getting charged with a license (service accounts, test accounts and such). A simple addition of some group policies tweaked our environment such that only those needing a license are the ones being assigned a license.
I have seldom had an opportunity to engage with support because the platform performs its tasks very well. But for the few items, I had issues with, Knowbe4 support was "all-in" to help me understand why and how those items worked, quickly, in an easily understandable manner. They even check back in after the fact to make sure things are still going well.

The only exception is in using the Phish Alert Button on mobile devices, but that is a function of limitations placed on KnowBe4 by the email provider in their application integration interface, not the KnowBe4 team or product. I expect that will come inline over time as more people need this function.

We use this as a means to educate all employees on the importance of cybersecurity to their jobs, regardless of what that job is. Anyone who has an email address needs this training, without it the risk of an organization being compromised because of a cleverly worded phishing campaign is too great to ignore in today's interconnected world.
KnowBe4's product has always been available as needed. We have new hire orientation periodically and phishing campaigns scheduled throughout the year. KnowBe4 is like the person you hired to do a job and they just show up day after day and complete it in exemplary fashion. I think we had an erroneous report once early on, but that was due to a configuration error on our part if I remember correctly.
All parts of KnowBe4's product and services are very timely and quick to load. Reports are delivered automatically with no need to initiate them month after month, yet ad hoc reports are easily configured and delivered in moments.
