Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use them for training videos and phishing tests. We hope to help people think before they click and slow down and really read before they click on anything or take any actions. We also hope to use the data to inform managers and upper management how important it is to think before you click. We send all new employees some new hire training and quarterly training for everyone. We also send out at least 2 phishing attempts per month. We send anyone who fails phishing tests to additional training with the understanding that after 4-5 failures, HR involvement will take place with possible termination.
- Providing tools for the user to use on a real life basis
- Provides real time feedback on who needs support or additional training.
- Allows the user to check status of training and phishing tests
- Allows managers the ability to check on status of employees.
- Admin tools are clunky and not always clear on how to use or how it works
- I would like to see the auto archiving which happens when an error occurs, email or notify the admin.
- I would like to have a better understanding of how smart groups can be better utilized.
- AIDA optional learning would not select pre selected (or future use) trainings but would allow past used trainings.
- I know that more people are aware of what to look for.
- Our numbers had gone down on clickers (down to 1% from 9%), until we implemented the AIDA. It has challenged the users a bit (I think) and that is why our percentage has gone up on clickers. We are trending upwards(had risen to 2.9%) but some recent false positives have caused us to shoot up to 14% recently. We are currently trying to determine if it is the antivirus or what that is causing the false positives, because it appears to be happening when the users use the PAB.
It isn't the same, but there wasn't an option for nothing. I didn't review or use any other programs before using KB4

I like that there are new items and programming to choose from. I have already subbed a few training videos for retiring ones.
I am in charge of most user management with the occasional assistance from co-workers and KB4 account management/tech help.
We typically use the provided graphs and we also run reports on how many haven't finished a particular training.
