Great tool to manage compliance and educate staff on security

We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to help educate our employees. We manage very sensitive customer information and security awareness is a critical part of our plans to protect member information. The training and awareness around phishing and other security best practices have made our employees consistently one of the best performers in managing security across our peer group of other similar faith based pension, retirement & health benefits management companies.

Keeps our internal users aware of constantly changing threats and being constantly vigilant in complying with corporate policies and best practices. The impact using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training and constantly keeping security policies at the forefront has dramatically decreased the risk of securing our key protected information. Annual compliance, ongoing best practices and constant awareness of security have become part of our culture.

Managed within our security team and partnership with HR, compliance, and audit to ensure that every employee complies with annual training refresh. Ongoing training with phishing attempts and education around failed recognition of attempts is combination of security team and employee's manager. Escalation for multiple failures brings in higher level management and happily we have not had to escalate often due to everyone's support and understanding that this is necessary to protect sensitive, protected information on customers.
