Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
It is being used by the Digital Marketing Team to test our email communications. We use the Proof and the Checklist function the most. Litmus is an easy to use product that has a great team behind it. Our team wasn’t comfortable with the new upgrades that Litmus recently installed. The Litmus team was great at setting up a conference call with us and taking us through the upgrades until everyone on our team was comfortable.

The Proof Function is great for sharing with marketing partners to gather their feedback and concerns before an email is deployed. The Proof sharing URL is an easy-to-use and easy-to-share function. The Checklist is an integral part of all email campaigns – no emails are sent out without a rendering check-in Checklist. We have Litmus integrated into our Salesforce Marketing platform so we can easily check that our email is rendering properly across all email platforms.
