Litmus is currently being used by our Digital Marketing team to test how emails will render on various emails clients across multiple platforms, and for their robust email analytics to gain insight about our subscriber base.
- Accurate testing on all major email clients, which allows us to present our brand professionally wherever users may be reading our emails.
- In-depth analytics (how much users read and which clients your users are reading on) let us know what users think of our content.
- Litmus has a forward-thinking approach, always adding new features and tools to make the email development process more efficient.
- It would be great to track clicks through Litmus' analytics tools. It just seems like a natural fit for Litmus.
- The middle-tier plan should allow you to integrate with your ESP. Currently only the top-tier plan offers this.
- It would be great to see an online markup tool (i.e. you could highlight text, place comments on top of the design, or draw circles around sections) instead of just commenting.
- Litmus has helped us to reduce the number of review cycles.
- Deeper visibility into what email clients our readers are using, allowing us to better understand their behavior
- Litmus allows us to take more design risks, allowing us to deploy very creative emails that engage our users.
Litmus has helped us prove that many of our subscribers are using mobile devices, even though we typically target a more mature demographic.
We have not used Litmus Proof feature to gather feedback, but have considered it. Currently, only those responsible for email development in our organization are Litmus users.
Litmus offers an overall more robust tool set and in-depth analytics platform.
