Litmus? More like Awesomus!
Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
I use Litmus to assist in our email processes, primarily in proofing/QA. Litmus is a useful tool to communicate and show progress among myself, copywriters, and the QA team.
Pros
- Allows for alerts and notifications for communication between teams.
- Provides a visual representation of an email and it's rendering properties.
- Provides a central location where information/edits can be made.
Cons
- Maybe integration with platforms we already are using? Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Asana, Slack, etc etc.
- Positive impact for sure, makes my life easier.
I haven't integrated any of these, didn't even know it was possible, but glad I do now.
I think Litmus just adds another layer of reporting/information to email. It is a service/product that we can pass along to our clients.
We use proofing, commenting, sharing, etc. It's an easy way for people all over the company/country to comment on emails as they are going through the proofing process.
