Overall Satisfaction with Litmus from Validity

In our organization, we use Litmus mainly for two purposes: email testing and email personalization. The platform excels in email testing, helping us quickly render emails on multiple devices and share them with external stakeholders. Its email personalization features are also great, allowing us to include interactive components in our emails.

100% – This is where Litmus excels. With Litmus integrated into Marketing Cloud, you can complete all testing within the platform without needing to leave it.
This is not a feature we currently leverage in our organization.
We use Litmus Personalize in several ways. In our monthly newsletter emails, we include voting icons to gather reader feedback. Recently inspired by one of Litmus's emails, we plan to conduct an event poll via email. We also use it to create personalized certifications for our internal programs.
Litmus is much more user-friendly and easier to use, and it comes with additional features that weren't available in Email on Acid.

I have tested multiple email testing platforms, and Litmus consistently performs better than other platforms. They have a user-friendly UI and straightforward learning curve. It also enables customers to see their emails live across multiple devices and resolutions.

Using Litmus from Validity

16 - The email marketing and marketing automation teams prepare emails and preview them using Litmus before sharing them with both internal and external stakeholders.
10 - It is a pretty straightforward platform and doesn't require any advanced skills to use platform. The UI is pretty user friendly and easy to understand.

I would like to discuss the enterprise package in more detail. There is a significant price increase (5x) when you opt for the enterprise tire, which I would consider a downside.
