Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor
We use LogicMonitor in an MSP environment to monitor over 30 customers' internal environments and generate alerts and notifications based on their unique requirements and escalation paths. Due to its extensibility and flexibility of configuration, we are able to meet customer requirements that are not out-of-the-box. By aggregating the information monitored we are able to more effectively set standards that allow us to meet the majority of customer needs and provide an easy-to-access interface for them through dashboards and alert notifications.

LogicMonitor is head and shoulders above anything we have used before. Traverse was the most feature-rich, but the back-end was cumbersome and problem-prone. But it was not extensible, support was lacking, and product updates were inconsistent.
Most of what we monitor are on-premises resources. We have monitored cloud instances in the past. We are at almost 1800 devices and running Services Insights. We are monitoring devices primarily in the Texas and Southwest region of the US.
We have had a very good experience in implementing and maintaining LogicMonitor. The collector updates being automated are significantly easier than in any other product we have used. It's definitely a lot less work than any other product we have ever used.
We still use the same number of tools but have expanded the areas we are deploying LogicMonitor into. We definitely see a shorter MTTR using LogicMonitor due to the tolls and methods it uses for polling.
