Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor
LogicMonitor is used both internally and re-sold by us. We use it internally to monitor the systems that we use to support our clients, and we sell it to other companies, occasionally with installation services for them to use it to monitor whatever it is they choose. It allows us and our clients to monitor devices, infrastructure, applications, and databases to ensure that any issue is picked up on.
- Vmware monitoring
- Network monitoring
- Windows Server monitoring
- Database monitoring
- UI change would be welcome.
- Recognition of the same VM if monitoring both Vcenter and host.
- Extra sales with clients
- Proof that we have a good understanding of what we are doing by having such strong tools.
Easier to use, better support.
Combination of all. Including all devices of all our customers and our own, 500+, maybe more. Yes, we are monitoring in multiple geographic locations.
Easy to implement and maintain, as well as deploy to customers. Logicmonitor is definitely one of the easier ones compared to other products.
It has provided increased visibility into our and our client's IT infrastructure. It does allow us to identify the issues a lot quicker when using LM.
