Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor

As a managed service provider we use LogicMonitor as part of our service delivery. It has centralised all our monitoring across multiple technologies and multiple customers into one single platform. It has helped in consolidating toolsets and provides a powerful monitoring solution for any and all technologies that customers may have in their environment.
  • Alerting is very granular and allows for bespoke tuning to specific needs.
  • Dashboards are highly customizable and can be built out to specific needs.
  • It integrates well with major IT service solutions

Prior to LogicMonitor we used a number of vendor tools with email alerting the standard for daily monitoring and alerting. This involved a lot of manual legwork to access environments via various remote access tools and as services scales this became unworkable due to the amount of time and effort required to parse data.
Support is great, you can access engineers via chat almost immediately and their knowledge and support handling skills are extremely good.
LogicMonitor is best suited to situations where you have multiple monitoring tools spread across infrastructure, both cloud and on-prem. This could be on an individual company basis or for service providers looking for a tenanted solution. It is relatively easy to deploy and scale, so can be started off small and grown as infrastructure and or customer base grows.
