Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo

We use LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo to service all of our clients when support is required. We find it saves valuable time without needing potentially them to instigate a remote connection. Being able to support clients without any interaction from them saves valuable time when servicing a high volume of devices. Similarly, knowing about issues often before the customer does helps avoid possible support calls.

Perfect tool for end users due to no interaction required. This can and does save so much time as you aren’t having to liaise with potentially ‘unskilled’ end users who would only slow down the support process. The simple interface makes it easy for all agents to operate where even our apprentices never seem to struggle with navigating.
We have PIN numbers enabled and various permissions implemented for certain members of staff. This means there is never any question of a member of staff accessing something they shouldn’t - I.e. apprentices being limited to certain things. And PIN numbers are a simple yet effective method of security.
It just provides peace of mind knowing certain agents only have access to certain areas and PINs add that extra layer of security.
Though we’ve not customised anything, it looks both easy and comprehensive.
LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo was by far the most comprehensive we tested, though we also found it to be a fair amount more expensive. We deemed the extra expense acceptable for the extra features and usability. Being able to service clients so quickly and so easily, it makes the additional costs justified and provides a smooth customer experience.

For us, it has always just worked and worked well. It’s easy to train users up on, too. Having something you can trust to just work, alleviates a lot of stress in the support world. Similarly having something so easy to use means even apprentices are instantly comfortable with using the interface at the very least.
