Overall Satisfaction with Lusha
Being from the sales side, there are times when we need to contact the prospect through a call, that’s when Lusha is very handy as it provides contact details of the people easily through LinkedIn extension. Since it is integrated with LinkedIn that really helps in using it more, as you don’t have to go anywhere else.
Pros
- Fetching work and personal email IDS.
- Getting direct phone numbers.
- Easily approachable at each profile.
Cons
- If LinkedIn profile is not available then hard to get details.
- Having a search feature on the app could help with getting details for nonexisting profiles.
- Better close rates by connecting directly with the prospect.
- Increases chance of connecting.
- Reduces effort by providing all details.
We have closed a lot of sales calls using the direct numbers of prospects that are available through Lusha Extension. We are using the free trial which is enough for us as it gives 5 credits per month! It’s a bit on the expensive side for a startup firm like us! But it is really handy for the information.
With its intuitive easy-to-use Chrome extension, Lusha has been able to provide the contact information for prospects or leads. The details are always correct. There are hardly any chances that you would not find the contact details. It is the best among all I have evaluated or used.
