Overall Satisfaction with Lusha Extension

Lusha is incredibly easy to use and integrates perfectly with our company's Salesforce. The ability to quickly gather accurate and tested contact information ensures that our sales team always has the highest quality contacts available. Furthermore, Lusha customer support makes it easy to troubleshoot any issues you may come across.
Lusha Extension lets you instantly reveal contact and company data on the right prospects, right where you work: LinkedIn, Gmail, Salesforce, or any company site. Mainly we use work email so as to generate good lead generation and convert leads to opportunities. It helps in enrichment which allows us to find contact details, such as email addresses and phone numbers.

  • Integration with Salesforce is buggy in my experience.
  • Does not capture all the information like LinkedIn Url
  • Missing the bifurcation between the mobile phone number and the direct phone number.
  • Converting lead to opportunity.
  • Whenever I am doing some new prospecting this software helps me the most.
  • Lusha complies with the standards set by GDPR and CCPA, which helps to decrease the time of work.
We spent about 3 months trying all of our options before finally choosing to go with Lusha. During this process, I took a list of 50 companies and began finding contacts for them. After comparing my results, I found that Lusha returned the largest quantity of WORKING emails. Therefore, it made sense for us to go with Lusha since it seemed that we would get the most ROI on this product.
shifted to lusha as found it very much accurate and straightforward. Lusha has the best accuracy on the data provided. The authenticity of data was a major problem at zoom info. Very cumbersome to use and limited integration facility. Lusha has updated the contact details database, better lead generation, and sales management tool.

Lusha is a very impressive tool to get authorised prospect data from various web sources. I have used Lusha for the past 2 years and Lusha never disappointed me. It has a great integration feature as well. You can not use Lusha if doing customized filtering. You cannot enter filter ranges manually while prospecting - forced to work within fixed limits - this slows down the process of eliminating undesired leads.
