Overall Satisfaction with Lusha Extension
We use Lusha to extract phone numbers and email ids of the prospects. This helps the sales team in cold outeach. Our use-case is restricted to finding relevant details of the prospects and then leveraging these details in our outreach. Lusha is a great sales enablement tool and enables the sales team to send put cold emails and do cold calling easily by using information available.
- Providing phone numbers of the prospects by just hovering to their Linkedin profile.
- Helps the sales team in prospecting
- Integrates seamlessly with our CRM
- At times, the phone numbers provided by Lusha are invalid
- Email ids need to be rechecked(verified) with another software (zerobounce)
- Sales team is able to set up more meetings using Lusha.
- It has reduced turnaround time for the sales team in doing their outreach. From 1 day to couple of hours.
- The account executives are able to close more deals now.

2. Easy to use
3. Higher data accuracy
4. Easy integration with CRM
5. Lusha also provided relevant company information that the sales team could leverage in their outbound outreach

The quality of data Lusha provided is better than that of RocketReach and we had a cost effective deal from Lusha's team as well. Our team found the user interface of Lusha way better than that of RocketReach. Also, the integration that Lusha provided was not seamlessly available with RocketReach at that time.
