Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
Mailchimp is being used to support email marketing and campaign forms for some of our subsidiary companies. Because these sub-brands are currently using their own CRM systems we were not able to integrate them without corporate marketing automation platform. Mailchimp was the solution that I settled on as it is easy to set up, use, and met our marketing requirements.
- List management.
- WYSIWYG editor.
- Basic A/B testing.
- Some of the new campaign pages "currently" have limited template customization.
- More reporting features would be helpful.
- Better reporting on campaigns when compared to the previous tool we were using.
- Saves time on list management.
We had been using Constant Contact before moving to Mailchimp for several years. I decided to switch to Mailchimp after evaluating a number of features that at that time Constant Contact did not have. These included:
WYSIWYG editor
List management(groups, segments, etc)
Reporting(Mailchimp reporting was lightyears ahead).
