Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
Mailchimp is being used to send emails to clients about promotions, new products, and company updates by our sales team. The PR team uses it to send press releases or breaking news to media contacts.
Pros
- Lets us know who opened the emails.
- Provides analytics on campaigns that help towards future initiatives.
- It can save templates to make it easier to resend emails.
Cons
- Make it easier to edit the "to view in another browser" link.
- Track customers truly interested in promotions.
- Track media that's curious on release information.
Mailchimp is more user-friendly and all the staff picked up on it very quickly.
