Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We use it twice a month to send newsletters. I also have it set up to auto-pull all lead inquiries from our website. It is easy to use & provides analytics.
Pros
- Analytics.
- Provides you with an optimized time to send emails, based on your lists.
- Provides many templates to choose from.
Cons
- Some items are difficult to customize, the template only offers so many choices.
- We send out 2 emails a month to our database. Every time we send one out, we get multiple calls to inquire about our services.
- The social media integration keeps our social media active & we get leads from this as well.
- Makes it easier to stay front of mind for our clients.
We have only used Mailchimp & regular email. Mailchimp is much better than regular email.
We use the social media integration, we have also been able to have the program auto-add new leads from our website.
Consistency is key. Stay on track & it truly makes a huge difference in your business!
