Mass emailing. Specifically, newsletters, bulk client notifications, updates from our business.

Pros

  • Building a beautiful email
  • Reporting on email engagement
  • Reliabiity

Cons

  • Email builder could have more features included.
  • Increased efficiency in delivering messages to our audience
  • Improved consistency of our branding and messaging
  • Ability to nurture leads via email.
Not much impact. We have relied on it for email campaigns but nothing more than that.
