Overall Satisfaction with Metadata.io

We used [Metadata.io] to help us do microtargeting of our ABM campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn. [Metadata.io] account managers handled the day to day management of our campaigns and we had weekly meetings to update the status and brainstorm about new campaigns and ways to optimize the activities we were doing.
  • Understood ABM concepts
  • Interaction with the company's management was easy
  • Reports were sent regularly and I knew where we stood
  • Dashboard was hard to utilize, they needed to walk us through it
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn nuances were less than expected
  • First 6 month intro pricing was affordable but then prices spiked
  • Ability to do fast AB testing
  • Quickly test new creative
  • Budget flexibility
  • Positive ROI on inbound leads coming in through the platform
  • Offload ABM management to keep internal resources freed up
  • ROI was positive at the intro price but not at the upped price.
We chose [Metadata.io] because it was a smaller company and could get more personalized attention. The price was better and they seemed more eager to support us. The feature set was what we were looking for and not more - it was exactly as robust as we needed it to be. Didn't want to pay for features we weren't going to use.

Do you think Metadata.io delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Metadata.io's feature set?

Yes

Did Metadata.io live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Metadata.io go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Metadata.io again?

Yes

For a company that doesn't have a robust demand generation team, working with [Metadata.io] was a great adjustment to the team. Not sure that it was better than doing it internally but we didn't have the option. Their platform is robust but all the optimization is done on their platform which means it takes longer for LinkedIn to optimize the account from their side.
