Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have been using Microsoft teams for 3 years now within my organization and I can admit that our internal communication works much better thanks to this. It makes communication within a team much more professional and help to have a better view on shared files and productive communication between agents.

We had trouble to manage group discussion with other software. Microsoft teams solved this issue by a professional way of communication and a good view on history discussion. Also the share file makes the work easier.
