Microsoft Teams is used across the whole organization.
The business problems it addresses:
1. Enables the whole organization to collaborate among the employees as the travel hosts and resorts are distributed geographically.
2. Product designing and cascading with the team in real-time with this application.
3. Screen and file sharing.
4. Audio and video conferencing for a better relationship.
5. Customer handling with the application is extremely vibrant.

Microsoft Teams is being widely used by corporate clients and they feel comfortable using this. As we are the pioneer of tourism in BD, we moved to the smartest collaboration tool of all time which ensures data security and integrity. In Google Hangouts Meet, there were some issues that are not in Teams. User-friendly nature and its integration with MS Office 365 made our life very easy.
