Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Since the pandemic, our business [has] changed [from] work [in] office to work from home setup. Communication has been a bit of a challenge, especially since it's our first to experience it. But, because of Microsoft Teams, communication within the account has been very smooth as if we're just beside each other. Awesome experience by far!
- Manage my schedule through calendars, linked to invites
- Communicate very well with colleagues through chat and video calls
- HD quality calls and videos
- Maybe add emojis for when we have meetings that will be more fun
- Search should be more specific, maybe add filters
- Add more fun features in [Microsoft] Teams

- Video can be recorded in case I missed any meetings.

As mentioned, Microsoft Teams [has] been our way of communication since the start of the pandemic. We've been using this and so far it never fails us and even exceeds our expectations. The scheduling and meeting notification is very helpful [for] reminders, especially for days [when] we are very busy. This is an awesome app, I'd say!
