Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
It is a primary collaboration tool used in the company. All internal team meetings like daily stand ups , one on one meetings, , cross functional team meetings where multiple project team members collaborate , company level announcements and updates happens through teams. Apart from this, we also use Microsoft Teams for client meetings.

- Quick calling and instant connect
- Sync details from other MS apps like outlook meetings, Designation updates from Yammer or delve, contact information from AD
- Whiteboards are missing
- Synchronization of mobile app and desktop app can be improved

Microsoft Teams is faster and very responsive when compared with those tools. Also it is robust and does not crash. It is compatible with most of the OS and platforms. Backward compatibility is amazing. It is an enterprise tool. So can be efficiently used for both client meetings and internal communication. Also have additional collaboration abilities to integrate data from external applications like Jira, confluence, Salesforce using Microsoft power virtual agents
