Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is something that is used daily for me. We are a team with a mix of work from the office and home employees. We use Microsoft Teams as a way to communicate with each other, share information and ideas and just keep in touch.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Easy to share files
  • Love the integration of emojis and gifs
  • Microsoft Teams meetings are easy to organize and keep participants engaged

Cons

  • Microsoft Teams can be glitchy and show inaccurate status. It will show away however people are present. This is often only fixed after a restart.
  • Gifs and images don't load or aren't easy to search for.
  • Microsoft Teams has allowed our company to easily host department wide events with participants from all over the country. This has decreased the cost of flights and accommodations as we no longer have to bring people into the office for these events.
Microsoft Teams works well 99.5% of the time. It's easy to use and straightforward. I love the breakout room features in meetings and the chat feature for everyday communication amongst the team. I love the access to gifs and emojis to allow people to express their personality and keep the workplace casual and fun.
I think Microsoft Teams is much more user friendly and has more features.

Yes

Microsoft Teams is great for large meetings and even including corporate training. This saves time and money by not having to fly and house participants all over the country and perform the training virtually.
