A easy to use collaboration and communication tool

We use Microsoft Teams to communicate with team members, different operators in the organization and to collaborate between departments. We use the shared drive or the shared team files function to share files and documents or resources that require cross departmental or cross team collaboration. We also use it to communicate with frontline employees. Microsoft Teams has helped us develop to maintain consistent and timely communication between teams as well as allowing us to more quickly see and who is and isn’t available.
