Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Within our IT department, we use Miro to support us in our Scrum process and other meetings during remote work. It has not only proven to be great for bigger meetings like retrospectives, but also in short brainstorming sessions or discussions. Especially during the last long period of remote work, it allowed us to still have creative and interactive sessions for both business-related and private teamwork. I feel that everybody in my team likes Miro because it’s so fun and has all features to help us express our ideas! It can look a bit intimidating at first, but once you get the hang of it in the first 5 minutes, it does feel rather intuitive!

Pros

  • All different supported elements.
  • Ability to hide/show content which is great for presentations.
  • Voting feature.

Cons

  • See who added/changed what.
  • A better understanding of topics.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Better communication.
Integration is not complex at all.
It helped us by enabling people to express themselves better and have great interactive meetings and better discussions, therefore it’s improving understanding of the topic for each team member. After seeing how Miro works I find it to be a must-have in business that supports remote work.
