Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to support and conduct team-building exercises to help boost morale and also in meetings when discussing a new project. It is a great tool to use while all team members are currently virtual because it helps give us a sense that we are all connected and engaging in a collaborative process.

Miro has been an easy-to-use, functional, and supportive tool that has helped improve team productivity, creativity, and communication. It has been very easy to implement and integrate into our daily work use because of the ability to work simultaneously. Having access through our accounts has made it extremely easy to collaborate with one another.
I found it extremely easy to use and navigate through the platform and think that other people would feel the same. The navigation and buttons are relatively straightforward and make sense with the logical flow through the interface. It’s easy to use to start up new projects and make modifications to existing boards.
- Ability to connect with team members even though a remote working environment - Having all of the work saved in one spot - Ability to make changes and incorporate various elements to showcase the ideas - Real-time discussions because of the automatic updating and ability to see what other members are doing

- Ability to incorporate visuals - Real-time editing to see what team members are doing, which also shows a little bit of their thought process making it easier to brainstorm - Easy to use - Does not require a new app download in order to use - Can be accessed from various devices
- well suited for meetings with up to 7 people - well suited for when team members are in different locations and are unable to physically be in the same room - well suited for when we are in the initial design/brainstorming phase - less suited when the groups get larger than 10 -
