Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro as a visual aid to collaborate and build interactive flows between stakeholders. It is also used as a collaborative medium for team development and performance review. It provides a means to create, share and discuss process flow and build concepts more readily and with greater functionality than alternative products.

No real insights on the implementation. How it was implemented for various uses has been great!
I have not used Miro in an integrated setting
This whiteboard is never wiped clean and can be referenced to good effect and also provide a baseline template for the next similar project to ease launch on the next conversation

Jamboard has fewer features and less usable, however it's free.
This is a great tool for web-based collaboration blending together a free flow and structure to have people collaborate and conduct exercises in one place. This is an awesome substitute for Google's Jamboard and on par with Mural
