Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to lead highly collaborative, design-thinking workshops and discussions aimed at developing technology implementation and change management strategies for customers in the healthcare, manufacturing, and financial industries. Miro helps to drive participant engagement, improve meeting efficiency, and ultimately improve outcomes.
Pros
- Drives deeply collaborative meeting experiences.
- Great at allowing users to visually represent complex ideas or solutions.
- Easy to use - create, share, manage.
Cons
- Continue to build out templates/examples database; I still find myself Googling examples when I should be able to find what I need directly in the tool.
- Make it easier to assign/manage permissions and share content with non-Miro users.
- Better integration with PowerPoint; the ability to take a Miro board and make it a PPT slide in one click would be a game changer.
- Drives meeting equity and inclusion by reducing barriers to participation.
- Improves employee productivity -- less wasted time in unnecessary meetings and discussions
- Improves collaborative decision-making; difficult to quantify but directly impacts an organization's bottom line.
Miro is quickly becoming a must-have tool among my colleagues in the consulting space. We use it for everything from driving internal projects and programs to facilitating discovery workshops with customers to creating and presenting findings, observations, and final reports.
