Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to break down a complex business problem into smaller parts to better see the details and act upon them more efficiently to achieve the solution. The scope differs largely: funnels, flows, root-cause analysis, stakeholder analysis and gap analysis. The product addresses those business problems that includes multiple variables and are hard to comprehend at first sight.
Pros

- a large selection of templates
Cons
- lack of templates or components for more technical business processes
- lack of export options in various formats
- ambiguous sharing methods
- Miro helped us to take actions on the product decisions at the end of a one-day workshop where we leveraged the idea generation templates
- Miro helped us to see the gaps between the inital state and the desired state of our product
- Miro helped new employees to get onboarded in a shorter time
Without Miro, I believe it would've been impossible to finish product squads on time as online collaboration helped with idea generation and problem solving to a great extent.
