Overall Satisfaction with Miro

In my organization we have used Miro for a variety of different things:
  • team brainstorms
  • large client discovery sessions
  • brand strategy immersion sessions
  • data collection
  • mental modeling
  • loose wireframes
  • audience prioritization exercises

Pros

  • Real-time collaboration
  • Providing of great starter templates
  • Easy to use side navigation

Cons

  • I generally have no qualms
  • Improved collaboration
  • Improved productivity
Was not involved in the implementation of Miro at my company.
Impacted very positively! I work at a company that has people all over the world, and we have been able to collaborate successfully with folks who are in another country.

We selected Miro because it is pretty straightforward in the way it's used. It has a lot of started templates based on use case which is a bonus.
Because we are in a virtual world now, Miro is a great tool to get individuals collaborating regardless of whether they are in-person or virtual.

Miro is really well suited for a lot of scenarios, but from my experience it is a great research and data collection tool, especially for discovery phases of product / website development.
