Miro is a great tool for visual thinkers!
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to draw visual workflows for new HR processes or processes that need improvement in order to organize my ideas and share my suggestions with the team. I also use it to plan new quarters or semesters' projects with my team, which is a less often used case but very critical for us. We use the timer feature to do silent readings and flow of ideas exercises.
Pros
- Drag and drop post-its.
- Connected flowcharts.
- Sample templates.
Cons
- I don't know about improvements, I'm already very satisfied with it.
- Allows for async work, optimizing time zones.
- It allows for distributed work, which is vital for my company.
- Allows for collaborative work on the same board.
Greatly! Our organization works mostly from Brazil but in tandem with offices from all around the world, so it is vital for us to have an organized and async-proof workspace that allows for collaboration coming from different time zones and locations.

When compared to Whimsical, Miro's features and different use modes are more intuitive to use and learn. When compared to Jamboard, Miro's features are way more robust. The endless board design also makes it easier to create multiple visualizations in the same place without having to flip pages.
