Wonderfully, the whiteboard has been used when collaborating for consultations and before presenting to clients and other organisations. Bridging the team thorough an interactive seminar before approaching client's to ensure uniformity in our presentation.
The whiteboard also ensures immediate updates are accessible to team members in all ddfferent locations, and allows everyone to provide feedback and comments.

Miro allows for greater interactivity and use before requesting payments. Found the general colour layout and text more visually appealing and to my liking. The ease-of-use is a 10 for me, as all different team members were able to quickly learn and use the ap without fault and with reassured confidence.
