Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We primarily use it for brainstorming project ideas or for road mapping. We also use it for projects that require whiteboards with global teams and have used the voting feature.

Ease of Integration

Missing integration with Microsoft Office suite. As mentioned earlier, if we can integrate with Excel or PPT, it would be more effective.

Collaboration

It has helped tremendously. We are able to connect with global teams in real time without having everyone in the same room. The ability to vote on ideas is another really useful feature.

Alternatives Considered

We used Miro based on recommendations and did not look at other alternatives.

Sopheon Accolade, Oracle Siebel CRM, SAP Concur

As mentioned earlier, it is great when you have a global team but can't be in one room to use it as a whiteboard. It is a great tool for brainstorming and storyboarding as well. Since we use MS Office tools, we can't use them for creating presentations, etc. I feel that formatting also gets messed up inadvertently and needs to be adjusted frequently.
