Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I am one of Miro's largest fans, from both a business and professional perspective. At work I typically use Miro to organize/collaborate on ideas, document our customer journeys, queries, knowledge/best practices for our team; provide proofs that allow people to provide feedback on our email campaigns; establish themes from our customer feedback/research; white boarding/brainstorming, and so much more. Personally, I am leveraging Miro as I am working on writing a book. I find it an amazing tool to document quick notes/thoughts that turn into ideas and chapters. I also leverage it to store examples and ideas I hope to incorporate either in the book or how I will eventually market it. Miro is a game changing when it comes to visioning, brainstorming, documenting, collaborating, and building amazing things!!!

I experienced this more in my previous position, but Miro is a game changer when it comes to collaborative, remote working. It's incredibly helpful that multiple people can be in the document collaborating at the same time, that you can vote on ideas as you go. It makes collaboration more fun.
Jamboard felt very clunky compared to Miro. It was also very difficult to make your Jamboards look inviting. Conversely, Miro allows you to layer as much as you want/need. It allows you to easily create boards that work for the needs of your team - whether internal or customer-facing.
