Overall Satisfaction with Miro

my company uses Miro boards as a place to store information in one place, be it art reviews, project planning, company organisation planning etc. Im personally included mostly in the art reviews where people post they're work every week to be looked at by the team and feedback given. project planning also helps us see where things are at, the inclusion of jira tickets on Miro as well essentially turns it into a hub for bugs, information, team management and reviews

Pros

  • Limitless zooming in
  • endless space to place and present things
  • seamless integration into jira tickets

Cons

  • sometimes it lags when moving around a highly populated project board
  • there's no inbuilt video player, has to be linked to YouTube or drive
  • needs more reaction emojis
  • more clear communication
  • reduced miscommunication
  • time saved with everything being in one place
again, its the new life blood of the company, all projects are now planned through it

I love Miro and would also use it for my own week to week life planner over another app like notion as its just infinite paper, where you can place what you want, where you want, and zoom in and out
