Often to put data architecture or process flow diagrams.
It is also utilized for showing an end to end journey or experience the different platforms/data sets or customer/partner experiences.

Pros
- Formatting is easy
- Putting a process flow together is intuitive
- Having multiple colleagues work on a single board is effective
Cons
- The pretty factor of a PPT doesn’t come across especially when presenting to exec leadership.
- It’s not an easy take-away from a meeting that you may have presented a Miro in like a PowerPoint is an easy take away without someone forever having sharing rights.
- Improved productivity
- Less resistance to putting a flow together to explain a process
