Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for design, sprint reviews, and meeting with the business to gather information and collaborate together

Pros

  • integration with Jira
  • integration with Mermaid
  • UI easy to use

Cons

  • loading speed
  • positive: more efficient in day to day work
  • positive: all information at one place
Overall very good, just the performance wise sometimes it's a bit too slow to loading the page.
Jira integration is a life saver for ticket/task streamline
It makes it easier during Agile sprint meetings and also allowing customer to give input so we can make sure we are solving the right problem for them
