Overall Satisfaction with Miro

mapping workflows and customer journeys for our customers across four states and in two different programs

Pros

  • Clear and varying design tool options
  • Following the presenter and interactive tools for collaboration
  • magnet features that help you align and connect components precisely

Cons

  • finding different boards from my team or boards that have been shared with me
  • low variety of templates for teams that aren't technical in nature
  • funnel diagram shapes would be great!
  • improved productivity
  • improved clarity with cross-functional and remote teams
Miro has allowed us to leverage multiple modes of note taking and communication with our remote team members when it is critical to not just see one another on a camera, virtually. Miro gives us that second dimension of collaboration in virtual meetings that impacts clarity and timely delivery on projects.
I prefer Miro to Figma because it "feels" like a good fit for the way my brain works. The UI is smooth and the tooling is intuitive.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is an excellent tool to aid in understanding for learners who are visual or who benefit from multiple modes of learning. It is also incredibly reliable for demonstrating workflows or collaborating on complex systems that are used across multiple teams, with many dependencies, so that all stakeholders can gain understanding on the same plane.
