A great collaboration software
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use miro for our daily standup by pulling all the cards from jira. We also keep all our discussions or deep dives in miro frames. We also have production issues which needs to be catered to so all the information regarding the production bugs are also listed on miro frames.
Our retro has a separate miro of its own which contains the history of all the retros we had in the past.
Also we have a separate miro for archiving the content which is no longer required but is of important value.

Pros
- Tracking jira cards
- reactions on things currently being discussed.
- voting on miro frames with stickers
- We also use for time bounded or anonymous voting.
Cons
- There could be more stickers since they are very attractive and add a sense of informality in certain situations.
- While picking jira cards it can also fetch the description and maybe divide it into separate cards which could be called tasks.
- The search functionality could be improved. Certain times we found that we are searching for a word in one of the frames but was not able to find it. It would be good if it can have related searches also.
- We haven't observed any major change in team productivity
- But we have seen a significant growth in project delivery since tracking is very simple here.
- Building dashboards for tracking also helps in business use case for business analysts in the team.
Its real time collaboration, sticky notes and templates have greatly improved our teams daily workflow.

Yes, it has definitely changed how I use other tools. Earlier I have used separate apps for brainstorming like draw.io for planning and Slack for feedback, but now most of it happens in one place.
Its easier to share ideas, make changes together and keep everything organized without switching between multiple platforms.

I have used Slack, jira, and draw.io before. Slack is great for quick communication and Jira helps track tasks, but Miro stands out for its visual thingy.
Unlike draw.io, Miro is more flexible and interactive also has better and flexible sticky or frames, allowing teams to brainstorm, plan, and organize ideas together in real time on one shared platform.
