Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com creates so many efficiencies! I primarily use monday.com for event planning and logistics. I'm able to have full (controlled) transparency with my team, departments, and third-party committees. This has saved me HOURS of work. I've only scratched the surface of automation but letting those do the work for me saves so many check-ins and chasing of team members for progress updates. The "to-do" lists also provide a very accountable and accurate scope of work at any given time.

  • Intuitive to use and plenty of guided resources to assist along the way.
  • Templates, templates, templates - super easy to get started!
  • Document collaboration - the internal editing and collaboration tools is a bit limited.
  • Being able to duplicate entire workspaces or folders instead of individual boards/docs
  • An internal "all staff" chat for broadcasting messages to all users instead of per project.
  • Saves me hours of setup time for each project.
  • Increased collaboration amongst guests and third-party vendors
  • Full confidence that the data I preview on projects is the most current set of information. I don't have to confirm which file version we are working from anymore!
I live in a world of templates and repeatable projects, but always with a bit of customization and adaptions. There are so many great templates on monday.com to kickstart your own workspaces, it's easy to jump right in. I'm very flexible and intuitive in setting up my own, however, taking the best case uses from a variety of existing templates has really saved me time and enhanced how we use our project boards.
I've only used customer support a few times but have never been disappointed in the quality or time of the response. The support also felt genuine and customized, not robotic and automated.
With any technology or software, there is bound to be some sort of glitch. In my experience with monday.com, these have been extremely limited, and I have not lost any production time on projects.

Well-suited for customized and repeated projects. Example: Events. We hold 8 - 10 events a year. With Monday.com replicating the core structure from one event to another has been a huge time saver. I can set up an entire event structure and workspace in less than 4 hours - previously it would take 2 - 3 days. We also work with volunteer committees and third-party vendors. Sharing and collaborating on information is seamless and avoids stale working documents and tracking multiple versions of content.
