Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Used it for both Commercialization, product readiness and short & long term road map planning. One of the biggest business problems that Monday.com addresses is engaging all stakeholders in the readiness of products. Monday.com helped organize weekly readiness calls, while keeping the project on track for launch and holding stakeholders accountable for assigned tasks.

- Date Completion versus Due Date versus Completion Status - The completion status was often wrong, even though the project was completed by the due date. Seems to have corrected itself over time. So maybe there was an issue (bug) that was fixed.
- Ability to report out on overall strategic roadmap to the executive team
- Allowed a benchmark approach to be easily managed with clear ability to identify when the project was at risk
- Saves time when putting together PowerPoint presentations involving resources, benchmarks, tasks, etc.
Overall performance was excellent. I never ran into an issue of downtime using Monday.com. If there were going to scheduled down times for Monday.com, there would allows be a message beforehand warning users.

We currently use it for our product readiness weekly calls. This allows all stakeholders a chance to see the status of the project, see what tasks are assigned to their team for completion and provides visibility for risks and successes.

I use the project management capabilities, especially to ensure we are hitting ALL benchmarks. I can easily see if a benchmark is at risk of not being reached. When that is identified, Monday.com makes it easy to apply updates.
